Thank you to all who have been supporting our outreach efforts on behalf of St. Mark's Pantry and Soup Kitchen in Keansburg. Your generous donations to the pink piggy bank as well as canned goods and non-perishable food are greatly appreciated.

 

We are blessed to have grown our core group of "chefs" to five people which has enabled us to continue providing lunches twice a month. Those who are interested in participating in this ministry, may contribute to the pink pig or the St. Mark's basket in the Narthex. With vacation season approaching, an extra volunteer or two would be helpful to cover those weeks when we are shorthanded. We simply cook at home at our convenience, then freeze or refrigerate the main dish until Tim and Pam deliver it along with a side dish on the first and third Monday of each month. The main dish item is provided by St. Mark's and we reimburse for any expenses for supplies or additional ingredients.
